Yes! You can upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum at any time. You only pay the difference in cost for the remaining term of your membership.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. However, Gold and Platinum members may extend benefits to one or more registered guests per stay.
You will receive renewal reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry. Renewal is available at the same rate with a loyalty discount for continued members.
None whatsoever. The membership price is all-inclusive of all stated benefits. Resort bookings may attract taxes as per government regulations, which are clearly disclosed before booking.
We offer a 7-day cancellation window with full refund if no bookings have been made. Post that, memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next membership year.
